New Services at Safeport

10 December 2015

Safeport extended its handling license for the airports of Lisbon, Oporto and Faro, having attained an authorization by ANAC in Categories 3 and 5 to give ground handling assistance to aircraft with less than 10 tonnes at take-off or capacity up to 20 seats.

The company is now a self-sufficient handler in Lisbon Airport, being capable of assisting crews, passengers and respective luggage of all business aircraft. Through full equipment and specialized staff, Safeport can now provide a complete service, from the aircraft’s arrival to its departure, without intervention from third parties.

With a modern terminal, composed of two separate lounge areas, one for passengers and one for crews; two hangars and catering and maintenance services integrated within the same Group, the company has the best offer for those who seek assistance for business aviation at Lisbon’s Airport.

Safeport, chaired by Paulo Mirpuri, is the best company in Portugal to handle all the ground services you need when you land with your Business Jet. With a 20 year experience, the company is able to overcome the expectations of the most demanding customers (top executives, government's members, movie stars, music and sports celebrities) and is today the unquestionable market leader in the segment of Business Aviation in Portugal, present at Lisbon (LIS/LPPT) and with representation at all other airports in the country, namely Cascais - Tires (LPCS), Oporto (OPO/LPPR) and Faro (FAO/LPFR). Safeport Network also reaches the African continent, with a presence in Cape Verde - Sal Island (SID/GVAC).
